How do I submit a list?
You can submit a list through our website by clicking the link on the home page, paying the required deposit, and using the google form to create your list. Please include your first & last name, email, order # for your deposit, along with card names, desired set, version, foil/non-foil, quantity etc... -
How long do you hold cards for?
We hold cards for 7 days. After that they are put back. -
I fully purchased card singles through your website, do I will need to pay a deposit, or will they be put back if I don't pick them up after 7 days?
Card singles fully purchased do not require a deposit, and will not be put back after 7 days. We do ask that you pick up your paid for items as soon as possible. -
Does the deposit go towards my list total?
Yes! The deposit amount will be deducted from your list total at the time of pick up. -
I changed my mind or can't pick up my list within the 7 days you hold cards. Can I get a refund on my deposit?
Unfortunately no, card list deposits are nonrefundable. Please keep this in mind before submitting a list. -
I've submitted a list that I haven't picked up yet, can I send another list?
No, if you have a list that has not been picked up yet, a second list will not be fulfilled until the first is picked up. -
I need my cards for an event today, how soon can I get them?
Lists are pulled in the order we receive them. While we will try our best, we cannot guarantee same day availability.
