MTG Pull List FAQ

  1. How do I submit a list?
    You can submit a list through our website by clicking the link on the home page, paying the required deposit, and using the google form to create your list. Please include your first & last name, email, order # for your deposit, along with card names, desired set, version, foil/non-foil, quantity etc... 
  2. How long do you hold cards for?
    We hold cards for 7 days. After that they are put back.
  3. I fully purchased card singles through your website, do I will need to pay a deposit, or will they be put back if I don't pick them up after 7 days?
    Card singles fully purchased do not require a deposit, and will not be put back after 7 days. We do ask that you pick up your paid for items as soon as possible.
  4. Does the deposit go towards my list total? 
    Yes! The deposit amount will be deducted from your list total at the time of pick up.
  5. I changed my mind or can't pick up my list within the 7 days you hold cards. Can I get a refund on my deposit?
    Unfortunately no, card list deposits are nonrefundable. Please keep this in mind before submitting a list.
  6. I've submitted a list that I haven't picked up yet, can I send another list?
    No, if you have a list that has not been picked up yet, a second list will not be fulfilled until the first is picked up.
  7. I need my cards for an event today, how soon can I get them?
    Lists are pulled in the order we receive them. While we will try our best, we cannot guarantee same day availability.
